Doch was bedeutet der Trend der agilen F\u00fchrung f\u00fcr das Gesundheitswesen? Wie setzt man es in einer leitenden Position im Krankenhaus erfolgreich um?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Was ist agile F\u00fchrung?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als agil bezeichnet man jemanden, der sich schnell auf neue oder ver\u00e4nderte Situationen anpasst. Als F\u00fchrungsperson soll man also Flexibilit\u00e4t zeigen \u2013 \u00e4ndern sich die Anforderungen einer Situation, muss man auch die Pl\u00e4ne und die n\u00e4chsten Schritte entsprechend schnell anpassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durch den globalen Wertewandel \u00e4ndern sich beispielsweise die Anspr\u00fcche des Krankenhauspersonals. Auch der demografische Wandel und der Generationenwechsel spielen hier eine wichtige Rolle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ein Beispiel:<\/strong>&nbsp;Einer j\u00fcngeren Pflegekraft ist es besonders wichtig, mitzubestimmen und selbst Entscheidungen treffen zu k\u00f6nnen. Erm\u00f6glicht ein Krankenhaus den Mitarbeitenden also, sich aktiv an der Personalplanung zu beteiligen, wird es eher als attraktiver Arbeitgeber gesehen \u2013 die M\u00f6glichkeit der Mitbestimmung und Mitgestaltung st\u00e4rkt das Bild am Arbeitsmarkt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wer sich also solchen Ver\u00e4nderungen agil anpasst, f\u00f6rdert die Zufriedenheit des bestehenden Personals und st\u00e4rkt gleichzeitig die eigene Position am Arbeitsmarkt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wie kann man agil f\u00fchren?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nicht nur die Flexibilit\u00e4t macht&nbsp;<em>agile Leadership<\/em>&nbsp;aus. Offenheit f\u00fcr neue Ideen, effiziente Kommunikation im Team und flache Hierarchien z\u00e4hlen zu den zentralen Werten agiler F\u00fchrung. Wer seinem Personal die M\u00f6glichkeit der Mitbestimmung und Mitgestaltung gibt, hat einen gro\u00dfen Vorteil. Wie kann man also als F\u00fchrungskraft agil sein?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Neuen Vorgehensweisen offen gegen\u00fcberstehen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mitarbeiter in Entscheidungen einbeziehen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Auf das gro\u00dfe Ganze konzentrieren<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eine offene Feedbackkultur etablieren<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kommunikation im Team st\u00e4rken<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p
