The RiskMan Line Manager Training provides individuals with training on entering records and then how to follow up and investigate those records submitted by their staff. Users at the Line Manager level within the system are required to navigate through the system to manage their records. This training will educate those Line Managers how to use the features and functionality to complete their roles in the system. If we are not training the end users directly, we are able to complete a “Train-the-trainer” session that offers training run sheets and best practice training methodologies.
