This forum, a critical event for aged care sector leaders, was conducted in conjunction with three other key streams: the Aged Care Quality, Safety and Risk Forum, Aged Care Financial Sustainability Forum, and Aged Care Home Care Reform Forum. RLDatix also supported the discussions as&nbsp;Gold&nbsp;sponsors for both the Quality, Safety and Risk Forum and the Financial Sustainability Forum.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the event,&nbsp;<strong>Emma Hossack<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>CEO of the Medical Software Industry Association (MSIA)<\/strong>, delivered&nbsp;a keynote in the Workforce&nbsp;Leaders&nbsp;stream titled:&nbsp;\u201cEnhancing Aged Care with Intelligent Workforce Solutions \u2026Don\u2019t sigh, technology really can help.\u201d&nbsp;Emma\u2019s presentation highlighted the importance of embracing technology to address pressing workforce challenges.&nbsp;Some&nbsp;key takeaways from her session include:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Productivity in aged care is directly correlated to the use of digital technology tools.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Up to 30% of the current workforce\u2019s tasks could be automated, reducing administrative burden.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leveraging technology promotes more effective staffing and better workforce outcomes.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When planning a roadmap for digital solutions,\u00a0it\u2019s\u00a0best to remain\u00a0\u201cvisibly vague\u201d\u2014allowing for flexibility and adaptation as improvements are made.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In the Financial Sustainability stream,&nbsp;<strong>RLDatix&#8217;s&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Sales Director, Richard Hazeltine<\/strong>,&nbsp;participated&nbsp;in a panel discussion alongside other aged care leaders.
