The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.peoplesummit.com.au\/safer-awards-2023\/?utm_source=wordpress&amp;utm_medium=blog&amp;utm_campaign=apac-people-summit-2023&amp;utm_campaign=&amp;__hstc=203545743.e17dad7d8732e41b610799ea2e7bcc5b.1763407595827.1763647543906.1763736481054.7&amp;__hssc=203545743.29.1763736481054&amp;__hsfp=3732782242\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">categories and criteria are available on our website<\/a>\u00a0and we look forward to receiving your nominations and entries soon.\u00a0<strong>Before you start,<\/strong>\u00a0here are some hints and tips that could help you to write a winning awards entry!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Familiarise yourself with the award categories<\/strong>\u00a0and the initiative you\u2019re planning on entering. It\u2019s important to make sure you understand what the judges will be looking for.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Follow a narrative or story\u00a0<\/strong>through every answer to help the judges understand the challenges faced, actions taken, and results or goals met.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Involve the right people\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 including testimonials, gaining support and asking others to proof-read before sign off or submission will often produce a better, more comprehensive submission.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Get leadership buy-in<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 make sure your organisation is supportive of your submission. In addition to this, you should confirm who needs to sign off the entry. Put time in their diary now to make sure they\u2019ll be able to do it before the deadline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gather statistics and data<\/strong>\u00a0which can be used as evidence for your submission, and check the numbers support your narrative. Map this evidence against the category\u2019s criteria \u2013 make sure you can tick all of the boxes for the award category you\u2019re entering or nominating for before starting the submission.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Allow sufficient time to prepare your nomination(s),<\/strong>\u00a0including time for sign-off before submitting. Remember the deadline for entries is\u00a0<strong>Friday 10<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0February 2023<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>So many of our customers have great stories to share \u2013 and we love hearing about the ways in which organisations have utilised RLDatix solutions to improve or enhance client or patient care and safety! So, what can you include in your entry or nomination to make it stand out? Once you\u2019ve ticked all the award criteria, here is a list of points for consideration that could make your entry&nbsp;<strong>really stand out<\/strong>&nbsp;to our independent panel of judges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Can your project be replicated\/adopted by others?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Does it contribute to the progress of health and care, and patient safety?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Does your project make things better for at-risk or vulnerable groups?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have you cracked a problem that everyone has, but no one else has solved?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What\u2019s next? Share your plans to move things forward and retain momentum.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Remember:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>There is no limit on how many categories you can enter or nominate for. However, if you enter two categories, you must submit a different project or initiative in each category.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>The judges will not have any background information on your project and may not be familiar with specific terminology or abbreviations.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>The deadline for entries is\u00a0<\/em><strong>Friday 10<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0February 2023<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally\u2026good luck!
