SwanCare<\/a>, one of Western Australia\u2019s oldest and most established not-for-profit provider of retirement living and aged care services is launching an upgrade of its existing platform to Allocate\u2019s Optima solution. Described as the evolution of rostering, Optima will provide an improved user experience to staff enabling faster, simpler and more effective workforce deployment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Located in Perth, WA, SwanCare\u2019s aged care site, Bentley Park, offers residential care to around 1,000 residents across three facilities and will be launching a further 147 bed care facility in late 2019. With a total of 410 staff managed across 46 rostering areas, the organisation has used Allocate\u2019s RosterOn solution since 2006.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Fiona Millar<\/a>, General Manager, People and Culture, commented; \u201cWe\u2019re really excited about the transition to Optima, it provides us the opportunity to have a look and review everything that we are doing.
