The agreement seeks to establish a groundbreaking patient safety system, using a unified taxonomy and automation initiative, across the Emirate\u2019s healthcare sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This landmark initiative marks the first of its kind in the region to establish a centralized and unified portal for patient safety incidents and infant mortality data reporting. All healthcare organizations across Abu Dhabi will utilize the unified taxonomy, ensuring consistent classification and interpretation of safety events.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The system will leverage RLDatix technology to support advanced data analysis and facilitate learning from incidents. By identifying trends and extracting actionable insights from event data, the initiative will support proactive, system-wide improvements in care quality\u2014elevating the patient experience, prioritizing safety and further positioning the Abu Dhabi emirate as a global leader in healthcare.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThis project represents a significant step forward in our commitment to patient safety and quality of care,&#8221; said H.E.
