To address preventable harm, healthcare organizations need information. The healthcare industry generates 30% of the world\u2019s data, and the amount of healthcare data doubles every three years. When healthcare operations aren\u2019t connected, information is largely siloed, hindering health systems\u2019 ability to predict and prevent safety incidents.
