Nicki Dexter appointed Chief People Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Nicki Dexter joins RLD to help build a high-growth and high-performing global workforce. Nicki will focus on employee engagement, talent development and building a world-class culture to ensure the company is a destination employer. She is a well-respected and accomplished CPO with deep experience in technology ranging from start-ups, through to listed platform businesses with 130,000 employees. She has developed and led several high-performing People teams, most recently as Chief People & Communications Officer in Adevinta and Telefonica Digital. \u202fHer experience covers 26 countries, and she has played a key strategic role in shaping organizational culture and growth strategies. While at Adevinta, the business grew from 3,900 to 8,000 people through strategic acquisitions.\u202f<\/p>\n\n\n\n Paul Sanders appointed President, UK & Ireland<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Paul Sanders will focus on expanding RLD\u2019s enterprise software footprint in UK and Ireland across the company\u2019s workforce management, patient safety and data insights solutions. He most recently served for over a decade as the Executive Director of Health and Care for Civica where he worked with over 250 NHS organizations in the UK. He has also served in leadership roles for TNT Solutions and the British Army. He brings a proven ability to build high-performing teams and scale technology solutions in complex public and private-sector environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Walter Loiselle appointed Senior Vice President, Global Operations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Walter Loiselle will lead global operational excellence initiatives designed to deliver world-class service across all regions. He brings over 30 years of experience, most recently as Chief Operating Officer of Blackbaud (Nasdaq: BLKB) as well as in a number of senior executive roles at Fiserv (NYSE: FI).
