It provides a space to look at how organisations are responding to ongoing workforce challenges, including recruitment and retention, staff wellbeing, leadership development and building sustainable, inclusive teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The event also explores how hospice services are adapting to increasing demand and complexity in care delivery, with a focus on practical approaches and lessons learned from across the system. Through a mix of speaker sessions, discussion and peer exchange, it offers the opportunity to hear different perspectives and connect with others working in similar environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At RLDatix, we\u2019re looking forward to attending and engaging with leaders across the sector as these conversations continue.
