Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (BCHC) has selected RLDatix\u2019s tailored safeguarding module as the preferred replacement for its existing safeguarding activity system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
BCHC provides a wide range of community health services for adults and children across Birmingham and the wider West Midlands, supporting patients across neighbourhood, clinic, home and specialist care settings. With safeguarding activity spanning multiple services and teams, maintaining clear oversight, governance and assurance processes is a critical part of supporting safe and effective care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Safeguarding team at BCHC record, monitor and report activity across the safeguarding framework to support process, assurance, governance and risk management across safeguarding adults and children services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Trust\u2019s previous system, used for non-patient related safeguarding activity for more than a decade, no longer met current requirements due to its age and unsupported software.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Working alongside BCHC\u2019s Risk Management team, the Trust selected RLDatix\u2019s safeguarding module to provide a more robust and secure solution aligned with ongoing digital transformation ambitions across the NHS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
