HCRG Care Group <\/a>is one of the largest independent community services providers and dedicate themselves to nurturing impactful and long-lasting relationships within their communities. They have committed to changing lives through transforming health and care.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

HCRG has been awarded several new contracts, including managing children\u2019s community health services in Surrey, North East Hampshire and Farnham, and a new partnership for community services in Bath, North East Somerset and Wiltshire, resulting in an expansion in their workforce. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Traditional community services such as nursing, therapy and personal care will be enhanced as they become part of new integrated neighbourhood teams, working across homes, care homes, clinics, schools and community centres to bring more personalised support to local people.\u202f <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the services onboarding from April 2025, this change will see HCRG Care Group at the forefront of supporting the government\u2019s aims to move from\u202fhospital care to community care, to shift from\u202fsickness to preventative care, and to digitise the health service.\u201d\u202f  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

RLDatix are delighted to continue to support HCRG, a long-standing customer, in this transition of staff into their workforce and updated service delivery approach. HCRG have committed to extend their licenses of our rostering solution,\u00a0Allocate Optima<\/a>, and patient safety solution,\u00a0DatixCloudIQ (DCIQ)<\/a>\u00a0to 3,000 additional staff, further enhancing operational efficiency, flexible working and patient safety.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
