Approximately 60 midwives are now using eCommunity to manage patient referrals, treatments and home visits with over 2,000 patient records uploaded as part of a seamless rollout.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This week marks the Health Board\u2019s \u201csoft\u201d start with the system, running it in parallel with existing processes. From Monday, they will fully transition to using eCommunity exclusively, setting the stage for improved efficiency and workflow.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Empowering Community Midwifery with eCommunity&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>eCommunity is a purpose-built workforce planning tool designed to meet the unique challenges of community healthcare.
