{"id":8710,"date":"2024-08-09T09:39:00","date_gmt":"2024-08-09T08:39:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rldatix.com\/en-uki\/?post_type=news&#038;p=8710"},"modified":"2025-08-13T09:44:13","modified_gmt":"2025-08-13T08:44:13","slug":"seashell-trust-joins-forces-with-rldatix","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/www.rldatix.com\/en-uki\/company\/news\/seashell-trust-joins-forces-with-rldatix\/","title":{"rendered":"Seashell Trust Joins Forces with RLDatix"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Seashell Trust appoints RLDatix to implement e-rostering solution<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seashell Trust, a leading national learning disability charity, has chosen RLDatix to support its rostering and scheduling needs via\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rldatix.com\/en-uki\/solution\/optima\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Allocate Optima<\/a>, an e-rostering solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seashell Trust, which provides specialist education and care for children and young adults with complex learning difficulties, disabilities and additional communication needs selected the Allocate Optima e-rostering solution to bring a higher level of efficiency and management to its team management. The charity was keen to enhance its ability to manage some 700 employees more effectively, giving it more time to focus on caring for the children and young people they support on a daily basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The RLDatix automated e-rostering solution, Allocate Optima, will help the Seashell Trust to track employee skills and training details and monitor staff activities while on shift.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re pleased the new system will streamline our staff rostering and we believe this system will give our staff more time to work with and care for the children and young people we support in our college and residential care homes,\u201d said Brandon Leigh, Chief Executive, Seashell Trust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe RLDatix Roster Assessment ensured that we would see a return on our investment and streamline some of our processes, saving precious time and charitable funds.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To enable Seashell Trust to pick the right workforce rostering solution, RLDatix undertook a comprehensive Roster Assessment using Seashell\u2019s own roster and workforce data.
