The IHPN play a leading role in the sector by bringing all types of independent providers together, to support healthcare organisations to deliver great care to patients and enable them to make a positive contribution to UK healthcare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Working together as part of the IHPN\u2019s Commercial Associates scheme, RLDatix and the IHPN will connect with health and care organisations across the network, to support safer patient care by ensuring the right people are in the right place, at the right time to deliver the right care and experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RLDatix has been working alongside NHS organisations for over 25 years and are currently rostering 1.4 million employees across the sector and are delighted to be working in collaboration with the IHPN and its members to share the learnings within the independent healthcare sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jonathan Newsham, Head of Independent Healthcare at RLDatix, commented, \u201cThis is a great opportunity and one in which I am thrilled to be involved with, to collaborate with the IHPN and its members to help support safer care across the independent healthcare sector.
