Many of these customers still use spreadsheets, manual or disparate systems for key processes such as recruitment, onboarding and case management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selenity\u2019s solutions are used by over 200 health and care organisations. The acquisition comes just days after Allocate launched its next generation e-Rostering software for health and care organisations, HealthRoster Optima 11, and it follows earlier acquisitions of learning management software (Enterprise Study) and staff agency management software (247Time), demonstrating Allocate\u2019s strategy to innovate and invest as it defines the emerging Healthcare People Management (HCM)space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selenity also brings with it an important commercial business of some 200 customers which aligns to Allocate\u2019s existing non-health brands, which includes customers across the defence, maritime and the outsourced services sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nick Wilson<\/strong>, CEO of the Allocate Software Group, said: \u201cWith a world-wide shortage of health and care professionals and ever-increasing demand for care, even before the pandemic, the effective and efficient functioning of HR processes is proving itself to be mission critical.
