This new capability enables <strong>connected vendor agencies<\/strong> to automatically receive and fill vacant duties that cannot be covered by substantive or internal bank staff.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Designed to reduce administration, accelerate fulfilment, and enhance compliance, the Vacancy Management API supports <strong>end-to-end workflows<\/strong>, from vacancy identification to booking confirmation and final roster update. Shifts are cascaded to vendors with all required data for direct fulfilment, and bookings are reflected in real-time within Optima, providing transparency to healthcare providers. Crucially, the API ensures a safe and secure transfer of data between systems, eliminating the need for risky and unreliable screen-scraping (RPA) methods.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe Vacancy API is a game-changer for connected vendors.
