In one example, Discover reveals that 794 whole-time equivalents were lost to sickness in a single month, with 71% of hours coming from long-term episodes, predominantly anxiety, stress and depression. It identifies individuals who have been off for over a year with no return-to-work engagement.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On agency spend, correlation analysis shows units with low centre bank lead times consistently have high agency usage, and units with low Loop self-booking rates have correspondingly high agency costs. In one organisation, 34% of bank bookings broke a rule, meaning those shifts could never have been self-booked, pointing to data quality issues around professional registration and working time directive opt-outs that can be fixed immediately.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The AI analysis layer, shown as a sneak peek, runs overnight on real data and produces a prioritised summary.
