Loop Engage gives administrators the ability to send segmented communications with a reply-to function built with Swansea Bay&#8217;s anaesthetists. A Communication Intelligence Platform is in development to show reach, clicks and engagement speed. Loop Locate replaces hardware time clocks with geo-fencing, auto-finalises shifts for payroll and updates SafeCare attendance. Loop Rewards, powered by Stream, gives staff free access to personalised discounts including supermarkets.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the operational side, SafeCare has been refreshed and is being extended to work beyond acute nursing by making the Optima backend available to support additional metrics through SafeCares interface. eCommunity is being embedded into Loop, with an AI auto-scheduler tested at 82% fulfilment. Optima now includes Day View for hourly demand, copy and paste for duties, and Ask Optima for AI-powered self-help. Jess Beardmore demonstrates Loop&#8217;s screen reader accessibility live, noting that 6% of the NHS workforce has declared disability needs and many more have accessibility requirements beyond those who declare them. Passwordless login via biometrics is coming in October, removing one of the most common friction points from the Employee Online migration.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On culture, Jess Beardmore describes a scenario where three identical units in the same specialty see bank staff refuse to work in one of them, and nobody knows why. The culture intelligence platform, connected to Pulse, aims to surface the data behind that pattern so organisations can promote healthy change.
