This statement sets out the approach taken by the RLDatix group of companies (comprising of Datix Ltd., Datix (USA) Inc., RL Solutions Ltd., Datix (Arabia) Ltd. and RLDatix Australia Pty Limited.) to understand all potential modern slavery risks related to its business, and the actions undertaken to mitigate any such risks.
RLDatix is in the process of preparing a formal statement, to address the actions taken out across the wider RLDatix group, however as a business which strives to act honestly, ethically and responsibly the Board would like to make RLDatix’s position known in the interim until this more detailed statement can be prepared.
RLDatix actively opposes slavery, servitude, human trafficking and forced labour (Modern Slavery), and acts accordingly to demonstrate the ethical behaviour and conduct of business operations with honesty, integrity and transparency in both labour practices and the supply chain. Effective systems and controls are in place to safeguard against any form of Modern Slavery taking place within the business or the supply chain.
RLDatix has been a global pioneer in the field of patient safety over the past three decades and today is the leading provider of software for patient safety and risk management for the healthcare sector.
RLDatix has in place robust and externally audited systems and processes to ensure its supply chain is managed in accordance with the law and best practice. In addition, companies in the RLDatix group maintain various external certifications and accreditations, such as ISO 9001, ISO 270001 & SOC 1 & SOC 2.
RLDatix has in place policies and systems to ensure potential risk areas in the supply chains are identified, assessed and mitigated and that goods and services are sourced ethically.
RLDatix considers the risk of slavery and human trafficking in the group’ s employment practices to be very low to non-existent. RLDatix have compliant global labour practices and policies which ensure employment opportunities continue to be provided which are free from discrimination, modern slavery and human trafficking.
RLDatix recognises there is an increased, but low risk within the supply chains which are at least one step removed from the group’s operations and labour practices for some goods procured to deliver the services. However, the methods for selecting suppliers greatly mitigate this risk. All suppliers are required to adhere to the Modern Slavery Act.
