The pace and the surroundings of the training were just right. It was a brilliant opportunity to network with fellow Datix Managers and gave me the opportunity to put "real life" questions out to my fellow delegates on the course. The sharing of information, little tricks and explanations to little quirks within the system was invaluable. Becoming an RLDatix Certified Professional has given me the confidence and the skills to be able to fulfil my duties fully to my Trust as Datix Manager.

The RLDatix Group Training course really improved my understanding of the system, especially being fairly new in post. The trainer was excellent - clear, concise and delivered the training at a steady pace. The small group helped with discussion, sharing of ideas and questions. The content covered everything required to manage the system effectively. I would definitely recommend managers/administrators of the system to attend.
