Eastern Health goes live with RLDatix Optima to support organisation-wide workforce rostering
Eastern Health has successfully gone live with RLDatix Optima, completing a multi-phase workforce rostering transformation across the organisation.
The implementation supports more than 11,800 employees across 647 rosters and 25 awards, providing greater stability, improved visibility, and a more consistent approach to workforce scheduling.
Optima has enabled Eastern Health to move to a modern, cloud-based rostering platform with broader device compatibility and improved user experience, supporting fair, compliant, and efficient rosters at scale. Early outcomes have been positive, with teams welcoming the streamlined processes and improved confidence in scheduling accuracy.
This milestone reflects Eastern Health’s ongoing commitment to enabling its people, optimising resources, and delivering excellent care and experiences across its health services.
