Fronditha Care Strengthens Safety and Compliance with DCIQ Go-Live
Fronditha Care has successfully gone live with RLDatix’s cloud-based risk and incident management platform, DatixCloudIQ (DCIQ), marking a significant milestone in strengthening their approach to safety, governance, and compliance across its aged care services.
As a leading not-for-profit aged care provider delivering residential and community services across Victoria and New South Wales, Fronditha Care is committed to providing safe, high-quality care to the communities they serve. The implementation of DCIQ supports this commitment by introducing a single, centralised platform for managing incidents, risk, feedback, and quality processes across the organisation.
The transition to DCIQ enables a more consistent and streamlined approach to incident and risk management, replacing fragmented processes with standardised workflows and improved accessibility and visibility of risks. With simplified reporting and intuitive system design, staff are better supported to capture, manage, and respond to incidents, helping to strengthen a proactive culture of safety and transparency.
A key component of the implementation was ensuring seamless integration with Fronditha Care’s existing HRIS and client management systems across community and residential services, supporting a consistent and reliable flow of incident information. Through enhanced dashboards, linked data sets, and real-time analytics, leadership teams are now better equipped to identify trends, monitor performance, and take timely action to support continuous improvement.
The platform also plays an important role in supporting Fronditha Care’s compliance obligations, including alignment with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and the Serious Incident Response Scheme (SIRS). By embedding structured workflows, accountability, and clear escalation pathways, DCIQ enables stronger governance and more effective oversight of safety and quality outcomes.
“Implementing DCIQ is an important step forward for Fronditha Care. It gives us a more consistent and transparent way to manage risk and quality across the organisation, while supporting our teams to report and respond with confidence. This strengthens how we deliver safe, high-quality care to our residents and clients,” said Faye Spiteri OAM, CEO, Fronditha Care.
Importantly, the implementation has been designed to support staff engagement at all levels — encouraging confident reporting of incidents, hazards, and concerns, and reinforcing a culture of continuous learning and improvement across the organisation.
RLDatix is proud to partner with Fronditha Care on this journey and support their continued focus on delivering safe, high-quality care.
