Availability and absence

The roster is often called the ‘off duty’. Why does that matter? Well, it makes sense that people want autonomy over when they do or don’t work. But, organisations need visibility and control too. So, whether its annual leave, sickness, study leave, or requesting more work we manage the allocations and requests. It was this functionality the underpinned national reporting in England for Covid, including the vaccination capacity. All based on our sophisticated view of skills and of course the rules that regulate work.

SafeCare is our live mobile view of staffing. It remains unique, it was create alongside clinical teams in the UK and is now adopted by health systems globally. It allows teams to see real-time staff deployment, across multiple sites and areas, providing live visibility of both staffing levels and care needs. Used in bed meetings, command centres, huddles and by senior executives on call, it brings the roster off the page and ensures it is a live operational tool for safety and cost control.

Our temporary staffing solutions are fully integrated to the roster. This matters because we help ensure temporary staffing is only used when needed, and at the right cost. Everything begins with our bank solution. We also have integrated solutions for our shared bank solutions, for directly engaged staff and even agency APIs, or some app based agencies.
