RLD Summit Scavenger Hunt Competition – Terms & Conditions 

1. Eligibility 
1.1. The competition is open to all registered attendees of the RLD Summit 2025. 
1.2. Participants must be aged 18 or over. 
1.3. Employees of RLDatix, its affiliates, event partners, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. 

2. How to Enter 
2.1. To participate, attendees must: 

  • Download the RLD Event App. 
  • Collect this Scavenger Hunt card. 
  • Complete the listed activities and scan the QR codes within the app to earn points. 
    2.2. Entries are automatically submitted when activities are marked complete in the app. 

3. Competition Period 
3.1. The competition opens at 9am  on Tuesday 21st October and closes at the end of the RLD Summit on Wednesday, 22nd October 2025. 
3.2. Points earned after the closing time will not be counted. 

4. Prizes 
4.1. Prize One: Two tickets to the next RLD Summit, including travel and accommodation. 
4.2. Prize Two: Two tickets to the next RLD Summit, including accommodation. 
4.3. Prize Three: Two tickets to the next RLD Summit (tickets only). 
4.4. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash alternative. 

5. Winner Selection and Notification 
5.1. Winners will be selected at random from participants with the highest total points at the close of the competition. 
5.2. Winners will be notified via the contact details provided in their event registration within 7 days of the event closing. 
5.3. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and another winner selected. 

6. General Conditions 
6.1. RLDatix reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and disqualify entries found to be invalid or in breach of these Terms & Conditions. 
6.2. RLDatix reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable. 
6.3. By participating, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes in connection with the competition. 
6.4. The decision of RLDatix is final and binding on all matters relating to this competition. 

7. Data Protection 
7.1. Personal data provided for the competition will be processed in accordance with RLDatix]’s privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
