Saeed is a results-driven leader with over 17 years of experience delivering IT healthcare solutions across the Middle East and Africa. He has led 100+ projects, including national transformation programs, and overseen operations for more than 200 healthcare facilities. With deep expertise in IT services, data analytics, cloud infrastructure and digital transformation, Saeed has helped scale business operations and drive sustainable growth. His career spans startups to global firms, where he has led market expansion, built high-performance teams and developed strategic partnerships that deliver lasting impact.

Matthias is the general manager of RLDatix in Germany, with a background in computer science and extensive leadership experience at ZOLL Medical and IBM. He has supported over 400 hospitals, care providers and Emergency Medical Services in the DACH region in driving digital transformation. At RLDatix, Matthias has led go to market strategy and growth in Germany, including the integration of Breitenbach Software, helping organisations optimise workforce planning and implement innovative technologies. A passionate cyclist and hiker, Matthias lives with his wife Svetlana in the Middle Rhine Valley and enjoys exploring new trails across Europe and North America.

Erik is the General Manager of RLDatix Sweden, responsible for driving growth, strategy and customer success across the Nordic region. With deep expertise in healthcare technology and operational leadership, Erik brings a strong track record in delivering digital solutions that enhance patient safety, compliance and quality improvement. Prior to joining RLDatix, he held senior roles in both public and private sector healthcare organisations. Passionate about safer care and system-wide improvement, Erik plays a key role in advancing RLDatix’s mission to support healthcare providers with integrated governance, risk and compliance tools. He is based in Stockholm, Sweden.

Margaret Wright brings over 30 years of experience in the health sector, spanning roles from hospital-based clinician to senior executive across public, private, government and start-up environments. As Managing Director for RLDatix in the Asia-Pacific region, she is committed to strengthening health and care systems across the region, guiding organisations and communities navigate change, supporting leadership capability, and collaborating to shape a more sustainable future for care.

Known for her collaborative leadership style and strategic thinking, Margaret has successfully grown and scaled organisations both locally and globally, all while fostering a culture of resilience and high-performing teams within the organisation. She recently completed a Global Executive MBA through Monash Business School, supported by a Women in Leadership scholarship.

Steve leads the global RLDatix data solutions team. He has a proven track record of driving innovation and growth in healthcare technology for over two decades. Steve previously served as CEO of Galen Healthcare for 10 years, helping build that organisation into the industry leading, Best in KLAS provider of data migration and archival solutions.  Steve and his family live in Chicago.

Ty has spent over 25 years building marketing technology companies. After experiencing a spinal cord injury in 2014, he founded SocialClimb to transform healthcare marketing — his first venture focused on the healthcare space. Known for bridging people and systems to solve complex problems, Ty drives innovation through open communication and integration as President of RLDatix’s patient experience team. Ty and his wife, Heather, live in Alpine, Utah. They have five daughters and two grandchildren. Ty enjoys biking, tennis, and golf.

Nicki Dexter is a seasoned CIPD-qualified HR leader with 20+ years of experience driving people strategy, transformation and communications across startups and global enterprises, including Adevinta and Telefonica. She specialises in change transformation, talent development and organisational design.

With over 35 years of healthcare experience, Dan has a world-class track record for leading high-performing healthcare technology companies and building markets for Electronic Health Records and E-Prescribing, Decision Support and Financial Planning, Performance and Workforce Management, as well as Safety and Quality solutions for healthcare providers.

August oversees strategy and execution for North America, driving go-to-market strategies, business operations, customer support, services and implementations. He plays a critical role in expanding our presence and ensuring the delivery of impactful solutions that improve patient safety and operational efficiency across healthcare systems.

Miles is a seasoned leader and software engineer with extensive experience in driving innovation and excellence in technology. Skilled in taking products from inception to market and revitalising solutions, he leads our technical vision, overseeing product development and engineering.

Barbara is a product management executive with 20 years of experience across software delivery, including business development, software implementation and service management. She aligns RLDatix’s product strategy to customer needs and market trends. Her leadership drives innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Peter has 33 years of experience driving financial strategy and business performance for both public and private companies across industries. He ensures sustainable growth and global expansion, playing a key role in major transactions and optimising our financial performance.
