Data in RosterPerform is updated daily. Each night, the latest data is taken from Allocate Optima and brought into our secure data platform. The data is processed and transformed into easy-to-understand metrics in RosterPerform, ready for your use the next day.
You can view data in RosterPerform in a variety of ways. It can be broken down by different organisation levels, such as hospital, division or unit. You can also filter the data by staff group or timeline.
The data is presented as clear metrics, in scheduled reports sent to clinical or divisional managers. Additionally, users with login access can explore an analysis tab to compare and view relationships between two different metrics.
RosterPerform stands out from other reporting solutions by allowing users to interact directly with rostering metrics, helping to drive best practice and maximising return on investment from Allocate Optima.
