RLDatix Announces General Availability of Vacancy Management API for Connected Vendor Agencies

RLDatix is pleased to announce the general availability of the Vacancy Management API, a key part of its integrated API suite for the Optima workforce platform. This new capability enables connected vendor agencies to automatically receive and fill vacant duties that cannot be covered by substantive or internal bank staff.
Designed to reduce administration, accelerate fulfilment, and enhance compliance, the Vacancy Management API supports end-to-end workflows, from vacancy identification to booking confirmation and final roster update. Shifts are cascaded to vendors with all required data for direct fulfilment, and bookings are reflected in real-time within Optima, providing transparency to healthcare providers. Crucially, the API ensures a safe and secure transfer of data between systems, eliminating the need for risky and unreliable screen-scraping (RPA) methods.
