RLDatix Announces Shortlist for the 2025 RLDatix Awards

    RLDatix is pleased to announce the shortlist for the RLDatix Awards 2025, recognising outstanding contributions to safer care, workforce support, and innovation across health and care. 

    Judged by an independent panel of experts from across health and care, the awards celebrate the achievements of organisations and teams who are improving patient safety and workforce effectiveness through collaboration, insight and a commitment to excellence. 

    This year’s shortlist spans ten categories, covering digital workforce solutions, community-based care, safer staffing, and learning from patient safety events. From independent sector providers to NHS trusts and integrated care systems, the shortlisted entries reflect the breadth of work taking place to support staff and deliver better outcomes for patients.
