Loop Rewards is built into the Loop app, so there is no separate platform to implement or manage. The Rewards tile appears automatically in the app for eligible Loop users, with no need to download other apps.

Got more questions?
From 30th April, the Rewards function will automatically appear on the homescreen of your staff’s Loop app. They don’t need to register, download anything or sign up, access is built in.
The only action required of you is to promote and raise awareness with your team so they know it’s available.

Loop provides a seamless connection to the financial wellbeing app, Stream. The connection makes it easy for staff to review shifts, timesheets and rosters, whilst managing their money and accessing their financial benefits, with no jumping between systems or multiple logins.
How do I know this is safe and secure to use?
Loop Rewards has been co-created in partnership by RLDatix and Stream, both trusted partners to Health and Care Organisations. Robust measures have been taken at every stage to ensure user data security and platform safety across both platforms, all available through Loop.
Loop Rewards is free of charge, and offers are available to existing and new users.
Loop Rewards includes:
1. Individualised birthday and personalised targeting
2. Cashback sent directly to Stream savings to support positive savings behaviours (if fully enrolled into Stream)
3. Embedded exclusively in the Loop app, not requiring NHS employees to download another app.
4. Free to access for all health and care users – no extra fees to access the offers
