Chief Executive Officer
Jeff is responsible for overseeing and driving the strategic growth of RLDatix globally. He has over 20 years’ experience managing high-growth healthcare technology companies. Jeff received a BA from Eastern Illinois University.
President, Data, Strategy & Corporate Development
Sachin is responsible for strategy, business development and data for RLDatix globally. Prior to joining the company, he has held various roles in healthcare data / software and healthcare consulting companies. Sachin received a BS in Nutrition from Case Western Reserve University and an MSc in Health Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Chief Human Resources Officer
Barbara oversees the global people operations for RLDatix. She brings more than 15 years of of senior HR experience crafting human capital strategies, building strong relationships across a business and working with boards. Barbara holds a BS from Southern Illinois University and a Masters, Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management.
Chief Product Officer
Phil oversees the RLDatix’s product strategy. For the past 14 years, he has held number positions within the legacy Datix organization and has a deep knowledge of the patient safety industry. Phil holds a BA from Manchester Metropolitan University and is a Chartered Accountant.
Global Head of Operations
Cary oversees operations for RLDatix, focusing on sales operations, pricing strategy, corporate information systems and infrastructure. Cary is an entrepreneur at heart but also has over 20 years of experience leading a finance team, financial planning & analysis. Cary received a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Toronto and is a certified CPA & CA.
General Manager, International
Darren overseas the international operations of the group covering UK and Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific’
Over the last 20 years, he has held various financial roles, largely focusing on the financial operations for various healthcare businesses. Darren is a qualified accountant having trained with Grant Thornton.
President, North America -Sales, Account Management & Alliances
Len is responsible for overseeing the North American sales and account management teams. Over the last 16 years, he has worked with various healthcare organizations to find the right software solutions for them. Len holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
President, Global Accounts & Business Development
John’s mandate is to oversee global accounts and business development. He brings over two-decades of commercial senior-level executive experience in both corporate and start up organizations. John studied Communication Arts and Sciences at Michigan State University.
Chief Customer Officer
Sheryl oversees the customer success team. For twenty years, she has dedicated herself to representing the voice of the customer and building teams to provide top-notch support and services. Sheryl received both a BA and Master of Health Science from the University of Toronto.
Chief Services Officer
Connie Moser leads the North American Customer Success organization. Connie has been a leader in healthcare IT for over thirty years with a focus on growth, margin enhancement and an optimized operational workflow, all while building loyal teams that routinely follow her to new opportunities. Connie’s success is data-driven, accomplished through validated growth metrics gained via strategic acquisitions, effective sales bundles, and business process streamlining through automation. Most recently, Connie was the Chief Executive Officer of Verge Health and the President/Chief Operating Officer of Rise Health where she validated her leadership skill with successful revenue transactions. Connie also holds a long-time board member and leadership position at her alma mater Ripon College since 2013. She received her MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School. Outside of her professional life, Connie has also held a board position with the Competency and Credentialing Institute for non-profit organizations focused on education.
Mike leads global marketing for RLDatix and is responsible for building and deploying the RLDatix brand. He brings 20 years of marketing expertise in the tech industry, with the last decade being focused specifically in healthcare software. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Waterloo.
Managing Director, APAC
Sam leads RLDatix’s operations in Asia-Pacific. She is well versed in healthcare quality and patient safety, having previously held roles in risk management in Public Health Care and medical indemnity strategy for the State insurer. Sam holds a Bachelor of Nursing from Deakin University.
Managing Director, UK & Europe
Claire oversees the commercial operations for the United Kingdom and Europe (UKE). She brings over 10 years of building strong and long-lasting relationships with customers – placing a focus on ensuring their experience from the start of the sales journey all through the support process is positive. Claire holds a business degree from Chesterfield College.
Bohdan leads RLDatix’s global engineering and development team. He has over twenty years of experience leading engineering, product/project management and strategic planning initiatives in rapidly growing start-ups and large enterprises. Bohdan received his B.ASc – Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto, his M. Eng. from McGill University and his MBA – IT Option from Athabasca University.
Sr. Vice President, Emerging Technologies
Jian oversees technology research and prototyping for RLDatix. He brings 30 years of technology and development experience, primarily from the healthcare software space. Jian received his undergraduate and master degree from Shanghai Jiaotong University.
Chief Patient Safety & Risk Officer
Dr. Tim McDonald, MD JD, is an accomplished physician and attorney, with more than 30 years of experience. By using the CANDOR approach, he has assisted over 200 hospitals and health systems implement a culture of “normalized compassionate honesty” combined with the transformation to a “fair and accountable culture.” Tim has received numerous Patient Safety awards including the American College of Medical Quality’s Founder’s Award, the Institute of Medicine – Chicago Patient Safety Award, and the MITSS Hope Award.
Peter leads RLDatix’s global finance team and is responsible for working with the executive leadership team to drive financial strategy, performance and major M&A transactions, as well as overseeing all regional finance functions. Peter received his Bachelor of Science in economics from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Stanford University.
EVP, Corporate Development
Vince is responsible for leading RLDatix’s corporate development function and overseeing strategic M&A globally. He brings over 25 years of Healthcare IT and Services experience and a wealth of knowledge as an operator, a CFO (of both private and public companies) and a corporate / business development team leader with him.
