The Connected Healthcare Summit is RLDatix’s annual user healthcare conference, bringing together quality, safety, risk and compliance leaders from across North America. It’s a peer-to-peer learning event featuring customer-led sessions, hands-on workshops, product roadmap previews, and networking opportunities—all designed to help you raise the standard of care at your organization.
Summit is designed for healthcare professionals who use (or are considering) RLDatix solutions in their daily work. Typical attendees include patient safety officers, risk managers, quality directors, compliance leaders, policy administrators, peer review coordinators, patient experience managers and C-suite executives focused on operational excellence.
Summit features a mix of customer-led presentations sharing real-world outcomes, panel discussions on healthcare industry trends, hands-on product training workshops, RLDatix product roadmap sessions and executive roundtables. The majority of sessions are led by your peers—not vendors—so you’ll hear practical strategies you can implement immediately.
Yes! Select sessions at Summit are eligible for CE credits through CCB, NAHQ and ASHRM. Attendees can request certificates after the event by emailing [email protected] with their name, attended sessions and accrediting body.
Summit takes place annually, typically in late winter or early spring. Recent locations have included Nashville, San Diego, Orlando and other major U.S. cities. Summit 2027 will be held February 9-11, 2027 in San Antonio, Texas. Each Summit features 3-4 days of programming, including optional pre-conference workshops.
Registered attendees can access presentation slides and session materials through the Summit mobile app and desktop site. Materials are typically available during and immediately following the event. Not all speakers choose to share their slides, but we make available everything we can.
Summit is designed for connection. In addition to sessions, you’ll have access to evening receptions, HUBQuarters (an open collaboration space with RLDatix experts), Executive Exchange (for C-suite attendees), meals with peers and plenty of hallway time to solve problems together.
Yes! We welcome session proposals from customers who have compelling stories to share about improving safety, quality, compliance, or patient experience. Speaker applications typically open 6-9 months before the event. Contact your RLDatix Customer Success Manager for more information.

The Connected Healthcare Summit is designed as an in-person experience to maximize peer learning and networking. While we don’t offer a virtual attendance option, registered attendees do receive access to session materials and recordings where available.
The Summit app is your event hub. You’ll use it to view the full agenda, add sessions to your personal schedule, access speaker bios and session materials, connect with other attendees, participate in discussions and receive real-time event updates. The app is available for download a few weeks before Summit begins.
