Clinical Workforce Leaders Conference – Hospice UK

This Hospice UK conference brings together clinical and workforce leaders from across hospice and palliative care to share experience and explore the pressures and priorities shaping the sector. It provides a space to look at how organisations are responding to ongoing workforce challenges, including recruitment and retention, staff wellbeing, leadership development and building sustainable, inclusive teams.

The event also explores how hospice services are adapting to increasing demand and complexity in care delivery, with a focus on practical approaches and lessons learned from across the system. Through a mix of speaker sessions, discussion and peer exchange, it offers the opportunity to hear different perspectives and connect with others working in similar environments.
