 Team-Based Rostering Tom Bird Team based rostering is an alternative approach to roster planning which facilitates the attraction and retention of staff by improving their work-life balance. In this session we will aim to explore the core principles and benefits to introducing this new way of rostering!  
 Intro into Enhanced Rostering Kiri Hargreaves & Marianne Escande Enhanced rostering builds on the foundational level of standard shift rostering (E/L/LD/N) to allow for additional functionality to be used to enhance the roster for that service. This introduction will give a brief overview of specific functionality.
